Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We offer completely free shipping and need 2 days to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units. Please keep in mind that peak shopping seasons and sale events could also impact processing times. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

We ship to most countries in the world! Below are the approximate shipping times for your reference (including time to receive, processing time, and shipping time).

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-21 days for both domestic and international).

Please note that we do not ship to the following countries: Palestine, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, DR Congo, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Algeria, Sudan, Morocco, Angola, Mozambique, Ghana, Madagascar, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Malawi, Zambia, Senegal, Chad, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Guinea, Rwanda, Benin, Burundi, Tunisia, South Sudan, Togo, Sierra Leone, Libya, Congo, Liberia, Central African Republic, Mauritania, Eritrea, Namibia, Gambia, Botswana, Gabon, Lesotho, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mauritius, Eswatini, Djibouti, Comoros, Cabo Verde, Sao Tome & Principe, Seychelles. We also cannot ship to military areas.

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.

We offer standard insured shipping and ship via Yanwen, UPS, and USPS (FedEx for international deliveries). The price of the product and the shipping fee are inclusive of tax. Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses.

If the tracking number for your order has stopped updating, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries on missing deliveries. We provide tracking numbers for every order that we send out and assure you that your order is in the package when we send it. However, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues.

For digital products, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been delivered.
